Underneath an eastern star
Lay the brand new King…
One who drew forth "wise men"
And made sweet Angels sing!
Wonderful Counsellor,
Everlasting Prince-
Strong Peace-Loving Father,
We've known ever since.
An innocent, small baby
Bedded down in hay;
Was God's GIFT to mankind-
That first "Renascent" day!
