No one can put a price on
The woman in a home…
Who shares her life with family
And takes care of her own.
One who's early rising
To provide their needs;
Ne'er idle nor forsaking
To her given seed.
She is an honest helpmeet,
For her husband - proud;
Who can hold his head up
Above those in a crowd.
She's always attentive
To others in sore need…
Helping out where she can
By charity and deeds.
Growing on the Word of God,
She rests in peace at night-
Praying for her children
At every dawn's first light.
When her work is over,
She'll don a garnished crown;
With many rubies in it
To grace her snow-white gown!
