LIVING WATER
The Good Book says there's water
Springing from a well…
(One which we know not of)
To flood the gates of Hell.
Christ offers us that water
To quench our EVERY thirst,
But we must request it-
Praying to Him first!
Water that's refreshing
And flows through desert sand;
Causing plants to burst forth
Out of barren land.
We don't need a bucket
Or spicket for a drink,
Just a clean, "empty" heart
(From which demons shrink.)
So, if you're dry and lacking,
And don't know where to go…
Seek direction from the Master,
Where LIVING waters flow!
