Thank you for the Roses,
They mean so much to me.
Such marvel on a single stalk-
Creation's mystery!
So fragrant and majestic,
True gift from God above;
Sealing up sweet promise...
Of Angel-thoughts on Love!
Yellow for our Friendship.
Dark red for His blood.
Pink petals for the Bride's feet-
Brought forth from Heaven's bud!
