Saturday's a "special" day
On my calendar-
One I will not forget
(Red Letter now for sure!)
I was on a walk-about,
When a "friend" I met;
We had a conversation
About sore sin and "debt."
He told me someone loved me,
Who died upon a tree…
Suffering a lot of pain
For the likes of me.
Tears were streaming down my face
(I couldn't speak a word.)
These were the most awesome things
I had EVER heard!
I will always cherish
That bright and sunny day-
When Jesus moved inside this heart,
And my "lost" life was SAVED!!!
