We're told - that in the hard times
Jesus "carries" us...
And when we face temptation,
Praying is a must!
Luke says we are covered
In the "second" and "third watch;"
By a Shepherd who can whip
The Devil and his botch.
Seems our part's BELIEVING
(To prepare for His return)
And save folks from the churning
Of fear and guilt-rid "burn."
Patience is a virtue,
And we're to exercise-
Our Faith as an example
Of LOVE in other's eyes!
