To rise up high as eagles
Above the storms of life…
Is to soar in safety
Over pain and strife.
If we wait upon the Lord
With a patient heart-
He will show us each the way
From which we won't depart!
To recognize His perfect will
And lay all worries down;
Is to put our Faith in Him
With witnesses around.
To "lift off" from this world
Of circumstantial woes,
Is to shed all fear and doubt,
Then don our "brilliant" clothes!
